Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu Shines at “Dogra Dharohar Di Jhanki” – Wins Second Position and Cash Prize
Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu proudly participated in the grand cultural procession “Dogra Dharohar Di Jhanki”, organised by the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages in collaboration with the Senior Citizen Support Service Club. The event brought together celebrated artists and cultural icons to honour the rich Dogra heritage.
Competing among leading institutions, Jammu Sanskriti School secured the Second Position and received a cash prize of ₹5000 for its captivating and well-orchestrated presentation.
The occasion was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Brij Mohan Sharma, Principal Secretary, Culture, Harvinder Kour, Secretary, JKAACL, Soanli Arun Gupta, Additional Secretary, Dr. Javaid Rahi, Divisional Head, Academy and Dr. Kastori Lal, President, Senior Citizen Support Service Club
The procession was further honoured by the presence of Padma Awardees Dr. Jitender Udhampuri, S. P. Verma, Mohan Singh, Prof. Lalit Mangotra, and Rumalo Ram, along with Sahitya Akademi and National Awardees O. P. Sharma Vidyarthi, Dr. Sudhir Mahajan, and Nirmal Vinod.
